Final mark created for a Brooklyn based brokerage agency. A company that rents apartments listed in the trendiest neighborhoods. Their target audience are the creative, trendy and young hip crowd (ages 25-40) with a yearly income in the six figures.

The mark was intended to illustrate the first touch point in renting—a door knob. We chose to simplify the mark to be strong at all sizes.
